I've been cutting a lot of tubing lately, but mine have been triangles :^)

For a 90, you would need two 45s.

The way I done it was to

Get two boards of the appropriate thickness (I use furring strips, 1/2" * 2"
and doubled them to 1" thick), and cut them with a mitre saw at a 45 degree
angle.

On your bench, lay the boards down with a piece of the material you are
cutting fitted snuggly between them.

Take a straight edge and align the angled ends of the boards, then fasten to
the bench.

Now you can mass-produce these pieces by putting them between the boards and
cutting along the angled board edge.

Kinda looks like this.
