ATM Dilworth (was Dall-Kirkham Design)

Glad you're helping to spread the word, Bill!

As Bill knows, I'm quite enthusiastic about this design. For anyone
interested, there was a thread a number of months ago, so check the
archives (some posts may be under *Dillworth* rather than Dilworth). One
of the posts gives the design specs for my modified version, a 17" f/8,
which gives considerably improved performance over the one described in
S&T -- better color correction, and diffraction-limited across half a
degree. I can email GIF's of spot diagrams, etc., to anyone interested
-- please email me privately.

I'm attaching the file to run in OSLOLT -- it's small, so I hope Mel
doesn't mind! ;)

BTW, Bill's post may make it sound as if it was my 17" which won honors
at Stellafane, but it was Dilworth's 16".
