They sell such blades for power scrollsaws. Most saws
don't have a totally vertical stroke, though. A buddy got
one at a garage sale that would have worked. It was all
metal, and could have had a fluid jet added without causing
any harm to the saw. All you would need then would be a
lazy-susan bearing capable of supporting the glass.
Something like a surplus army tank turret bearing :-).
