Re: [ATM] Ain't got no shperometer

In my workshop to be, I will set up an inclined test bench and a trap door in the ceiling so I can test on Polaris. Not an original idea with me, I believe I saw it mentioned about 45 years ago in the old ATM series of books. I'm still trying to get there myself, others have arrived.

Hello, all.
I'd really like to hear more about setting an optical tester up to test a
mirror mounted in a scope. I've heard of this, but not much.
Any thoughts on the how-tos, tips and tricks of getting started making a
mounted scope tester?
Any links to anything written up on the web along these lines? (A quick
google search didn't result in anything along these lines.)
Thanks,
Dave
