Recently ?? Well kinda recently I inquired with one of the well known ATM
Gugolz pitch suppliers. I went to their website and clicked on the "contact
us".
Time passed, and it kept on passing.
One year to the day later, I received a response. My email was sent June 29,
2006, and the reply was sent June 29, 2007. Not quite a whole year though, I
sent mine at 7:32 PM and their response was sent at 1:55 PM.
Other than that, their service was prompt. I could recommend them as a
source. If a business is not going to read their email they should not post
a email "contact us" button on their websites, and maybe they could say that
if you really want to communicate with them, not to bother with email.
It is not the potential customer's fault that email is not responded to in a
timely fashion, no matter how many satisfied customers they have. How hard
would it be for them to state on their website that they do not respond to
email, and then not post an email address.
Or maybe one of their many satisfied customers could tell them to check
their inbox.

Newport for now can definitely be contacted by phone and I
think they are happy to fill most orders for us, but above
I have offered two reasons why I would not be surprised if
they went bancrupt, either by their own fault or by others.
