probably it's a misguided attempt to make himself invisible to police radar and 
laser speed detectors.  He's probably made himself as visible as a biker in a 
black helmet with a Black leather jacket and pants on a black Harley in a thick 
fog.  I think the only thing is less visible would be if he had used the same 
markings as are found on helmets marketed at the high testosterone sport bike 
crowd (lots of colors with sharp angles on the graphics).  The eye sees xtreem 
graphics in urban spaces as well as it sees camouflage in natural surroundings.
