Accuracy is not in the equipment so much as it is in the hands of
the user.  My table saw is the bottom of the barrel, the Harbor
Freight $99 cheapie.  Still, if you take care, the saw will do
good accurate work.
For example, you need to cut the sides for a box, cut both of
them together and that way even if your cut is off, both of them
will be the same!  Also, make good use of a square to keep the
cuts square.  With the cheap saws, the fence is abysmal for
accuracy so everytime you setup for a cut, make sure that the
fence is square.  I've got a big carpender's square for the
larger stuff and a smaller machinist's square for the blade
squaring.  When you get the saw setup properly, you can easily
rip two thin boards out of one thicker board to the height max of
the blade on each side of the board.
The list goes on but you get the point.  The oldtimers did this
work with hand tools and got it right!
