You put salad dressing on the inside so if you want to AR coat it, just the
two outside.

Do people building refractors get the (almost) finished lenses anti 
reflection coated? It doesn't seem to be mentioned here but seems to be 
incredibly important for commercial scopes (I hope its all right to 
mention the C word).
