Powder coaters ar4e everywhere these days.  Look for a largere
commercial place and stand back for the prices.  Make sure that
everything is fully disassembled otherwise the coater will do
that work, at their wage price, and you'll havve missing pieces.
Don't bother doing the inside of the tube as, as another
mentioned, the black is really quite glossy.  Also, make sure
that they know whqt surfaces to mask off so that you can put the
scope back together as the finish is quite thick.
