[ATM] Powder coaters

I am in the process of completing my 8" f/6 Sidewalk telescope. I have used a nice set of plans from Ray Cash Le Pennec from which I have built my mount. The tube is from Hastings Pipe. I am looking for a good powder coater in the Northeast who will coat the inside the dullest flattest black imaginable and the outside the deepest, richest and most luxurious maroon on the planet.

Does anyone know of someone?
