I think unequal loads on triangles is likely to lead to construction 
tolerance problems.  Why?  Because an error in the location of the pivot 
makes a larger proportional error in load when the lever ratio is higher.

Also, when Plop optimizes a nine point cell, the triangles always come 
out more squat that equal area triangles.  This means that an error in 
pivot location has a greater proportional effect because the lever arm 
is shorter.

If you want to see something interesting, turn off equal angles on that 
nine point cell, with refocus on.  You will have to let Plop iterate for 
a while.  Do it with the support point location graph, and/or the color 
deformation plot showing.  I think that mirror is big enough to show the 
effect.  If it does, you will immediately recognize it.  I'll let you 
try it.  If it doesn't do it for you, then I will describe it.
