Horace,

Your are not the first to think of it or try it. 
There have been several attempts.  Some more
successful than others.  But what I believe all found
was after overcoming the technological difficulties
there was not enough of a market for the price needed
to turn a profit.  

Some of those people also read this list so maybe than
can give you some tips.
