Re: [ATM] tile tool sticking

Others on the list could give you better insight into water-grit ratios than
i can, but i will mention from my experience (which is almost jack) that i
find i get a good bit of funky-ness and resistence when switching grits no
mater how on target i think i am as far as spherocity goes...the way i
explain this is that you can only be spherical within the limits of the grit
size...that is to say for something like 80 grit...you can only get
spherical within one 80th of an inch...plus or minus...thats a lot of slop
when you want to measure 1000ths of an inch...furthermore this effect seems
to manifest itself in sticking and jerkiness when you start using smaller
and smaller grits...keep grinding with your 1/3...or normal stroke...it will
probably work itself out before you read this email...lol...of course this
is just one inexperienced dude talking to another...so please correct me
yall if i'm wrong...
