[ATM] Off Topic: PIts and Pendulums and Carnival Rides

A carnival ride has a car at the end of a long arm on a tilted shaft.   I
guess this could mimic the action of the tilted cylinder curve generator if
you laid it out correctly.  The lenght of the arm needs to be only a bit
longer than the radius of the workpiece... and that is a lot shorter than a
cable car or pendulum setup.
