[ATM] Determining ideal truss tube dimentions

Hello, everyone.  I'm new to the list and have an old Meade dob I'd like to 
convert to a truss or strut design.  I was wondering if there is any method 
of determining the best tube diameter and tube wall thickness for my 10" 
f/4.5 scope.  Thanks in advance for the advice.
