[ATM] Cassegrain information page

Hi,

After doing design work for and making a number of Cassegrain systems, 
I decided to collect all of the equations I had come across on a web 
page of my own so they all could be accessed easily (rather than 
thumbing through three books simultaneously).

So, I've posted my first version of the page here:

I have included a figure that I drew to illustrate the variables 
involved (mirror spacings, etc.), as well as a section at the end that 
explains some important topics such as formulas for sensitivity to 
changing the primary-secondary mirror spacing, how that affects 
correction, and how to collimate, etc.

The formatting is not perfect, but it will do.  Please let me know if 
you see any typos or an error, or if you DON'T see something that you 
think is vital and should be included.  (There are probably a few 
formulas from Rutten and van Venrooij that I will add later, along 
with some more explanation and images in the illuminated field section.)
