[ATM] DC Motor for grinding machine question

I use the GS2 drive from Automation Direct for running my Bridgeport mills.
Nice units. If the unit is rated for single/3 phase input, you do not need
to de-rate
these units. ie. the horsepower rating of the drive will run that
horsepower motor.
Other drives need to be de-rated if you run them on single phase.
Call their tech support line. I use the $235 GS2 drive to run my mills.
