Re: [ATM] New 16" telescope design



How about canvas with a thin seam around the perimeter filled with lead
or bismuth shot or even sand (this might be a use for used 80 grit)? I
realize the secon part adds weight but it should help hold the outer
edges to the ground.
One could even get fancy and paint the canvas with the constellations,
who needs a planisphere...
