Good idea regarding the pics.
I just uploaded two pics which I think will describe the concept. The
focuser tube will be at least 9" long with 2 movable baffles to allow me to
optimize contrast. It will be similar to the same way an SCT looks upwards
toward the secondary.

A picture's worth a thousand words. Can you post a simple layout
diagram...kind of like what James Lerch just did?
