[ATM] Ball Scope - Finished

Hi everyone,

I just finished my ball scope.  The mirror is about 1/2 wave on the 
wavefront, but I am still working on it.  I wanted to get the scope out 
of the way so that I can concentrate on the mirror.

I plan to write up an article about this scope and I will let you know 
when I post it to my website.
