When I mentioned Kriege and Berry, I was thinking of their way of
jigging up the tailgate for welding.  I should have been more specific.
 I think one could get much the same geometry as Albert Highe's cells
with welded square aluminum tube where he has the nice casting.  TIG
welded aluminum is commonplace these days.  I haven't actually had it
done, but I see an awful lot of parts that have been done that way,
including a lot of bicycle frames.  It can't be that tough.  Should be
possible to find somebody nearby to do it at a reasonable price.
