Here is a DIY circuit  (for the TN)
http://mysite.verizon.net/res0owmd/id1.html  that allows for the absolute
minimum power to be used in a secondary heater. The automatic circuit uses
only enough power, on demand, to maintain the secondary a very small amount
above ambient temperature that insures no dew will form that also minimizes
effects on seeing.
