[ATM] Film Slit Test

Tried Caustic & LWT.  Because of difficulties getting
consistent measurements (temperature, etc.), used film
to records slit images.  The film is then scanned into
Photoshop where the measurements are taken.   Dall &
star tests on a 12.5" f4.7 have confirmed the accuracy
