Yep, a little bit of TUE!  You also have a hill in the center
relative to the rest of the mirror surface.
Work the center right, hopefully not getting the 70% sone too far
down to where it is past a parabola and then tackle the edge wiht
a good spinning lap and heavy edge pressure - one time around
with about 20deg. change in direction per stroke.  Do watch for
roughness tho although it shouldn't be hard to get the edge
smooth with a light pressure on the edge.
