Hi Saqib,

there is a program called 'Eye & Telescope' which
calculates the visual impression of objects based
on telescope size, magnification and sky background
brightness.
Additionally it cooperates with some sky chart programs
and controls ASCOM compatible telescopes.

I never saw this program and I don't know if it has
english menus.
