[ATM] Fast primary unobstructed telescope

I have never seen an unobstructed design with a primary, or any other 
element at anything near that fast an f-number.  OK, I lied.  Some radio 
telescopes, including, I think, the new monster at Green Bank are built 
unobstructed at fast f-numbers.  Thing is, those radio boys can tolerate 
a heap more abberation than us optical types.  They're only listening to 
static anyhow ;)
