Tom, you are correct. I was trying to collect any info available on the
internet about aplanatic Gregorian scopes and came out with nothing . Except
for a few references to some of the very largest professional telescopes
which are or could be configured as such, but these references are in the
form of press releases and not desiggn details.
There is no information available in other words, nobody does it, therefore
it does qualify as out of the box .
