If you get another scratch, consider letting the CeO settle for a minute or
so and then putting the remaining liquid into another CLEAN bottle.  This
can remove the clumpies that may still exist in the CeO that you have.
I've had to put my rouge into a bottle and let it settle to get rid of
problems that some people have had using it.
I'll also note that if you have any coarse grit edges to the mirror, you can
have scratch generators from there.  I'd grind the bevel with a very fine
stone or even do the mirror in the wok pan with 25 or even 12 grit to get
the edges fine enough to insure that you aren't getting problems from there.
