I'm polishing a second mirror with CeO and the same settup as before and 
this time got a few scratches. I do believe they may have come from 
using tap water to refill the squirt bottle. I'm continuing with 
purchased bottle water that has been sitting awhile to let any sediment 
settle on the bottom. Hopefully there will be no more scratches.
