1) I want the device to point at the sun 24 hours a day, all year 
long, cloudy or clear.

2) High accuracy isn't required -- perhaps within a degree, as long 
as the errors don't accumulate.

3) The cheaper the better, but my upper limit is likely $500.

Thanks for any suggestions. Is there a "flea market" for telescopes 
(other than ebay)?
