Whoops, I forgot to do a multiply by 2 with the numbers.  The minimal
diameter for a F2 would be 1/4 of the primary diameter and the F3 being 1/6
of the primary.  The actual real diameter will be that number plus the
diameter of the EP's field stop which in a large scope really isn't that big
relative to the basic diameter of the secondary.  Still, that is a fair bit
of size for the secondary.
