Actually, if the two curve sets are the same (except opposite in sign),
then the sagittas would also be the same (except opposite in sign).
If the same blank were used, the central thickness of the concave
element would be the same as the edge thickness of the convex
element.  The rest would be user choice; or is there another aspect
that needs to be taken into account that I'm not considering?
