Bob,

Yes, if you'd do both elements out of two identical blanks.
But design calls for different thicknesses; center thickness of the 
positive element for ~20" system is, if I remember correctly,
about 1/2 inch, and for the positive element about 1.75 inch.
The curves are identical on both, (roughly 120" and 300"), so that
edge thickness of the negative element would be somewhat over 1 inch.
