Online Metals sells Titanium sheet in 0.020" thickness which is just right .
You get 4 custom cuts for free per purchase, which is good , since I
wouldn't want to cut Titanium especially when it can be done free by the
supplier. 20mils ( 0.5mm) is not too thin to become a dangerous blade in the
dark, but thin enough to minimize diffraction . Several people using spiders
this thin reported not noticing diffraction spikes at all .
