Mylar.... one of the eight or so wonders of the universe....

I just bought a Canon A85 CCD. Aside from my webcam, and despite
the fact I do digital imaging for a career, this is my first CCD
for my personal use (feel free to giggle). Pretty nice camera! Not
sure if I can remove the lens for astro work, but its quite
sensitive for a plastic cheapie. Now I can take ridiculously high
resolution pics of some of my scopes and post them on the Net
where my many American collegues can spend many hours downloading
them since many folks there still use modems (I have 100 Mbit/s up
here in Sweden, BTW, and with this seclusion, I need it). Please look
forward to seeing some 1 MByte "thumbnails" of my Mak and other
projects taken with my "modest" 4 megapixel camera; link is below....
