I used a two part plastic casting material I purchased at Tap Plastics. Its kind of like epoxy. I guess I could have molded it against the lens using a reliece agent that they sell. I didn't think of that. The fumes are pretty bad, but onece it sets up it has no smell. Gottogo AS
