ATM "Birth Announcement"

I've finally finished it!  An 8" f8 Newtonian in a Dobsonian mount on an
Equatorial Platform.  Sorry to say, I didn't make the mirror my self.  Many
thanks to those that inspired me and provided advice along the way.
Special thanks to Ed Beck at Enterprise Optics for the mirrors, Pete
(lenses@aol.com) for his assistance and the coatings, and Richard Schwartz,
whose ideas helped keep me on track.  Star testing will unfortunately have
to wait until next week.  Clouds and rain this weekend and I have to leave
town Monday. 

I'll get pictures of the scope posted on my web page within a couple weeks.
