Another thing is to check with business instructors at your local
community 
college about the laws concerning transactions like this, you might be
surprised at what guaranties and warranties you have available under
state
commercial codes and if interstate the Universal Commercial Code. A lot
of
times these codes invalidate company policies that ignore certain rights
that consumers have.
