I, too, would like to hear the reasons for Mr. Bock's hostility towards
Mr. Clausing.  If he had a bad experience with Mr. Clausing's firm, I
would like to know about it and I'd like Mr. Clausing to have a chance
to respond to specific allegations.

Perhaps Mr. Bock's experience with having a 20inch mirror coated made
him "nasty."  I know that I would not be "nice" if I thought someone had
botched a 20" mirror I owned.
