There slowness could be due to RTMC.  I've met them several times and know many people 
with whom they are friends.  They seem like nice people, trying to eak out a living in a 
dificult market.  At Riverside, they went out of their way to get the back half of a 
doublet purchased and forgotten by a costomer to him.  I'm not sure if they succeeded 
yet.
