I agree with that also. I have friends with PC's that are not on the web.
Another forum for articles is Amateur Astronomy mag. All the articles
are written by amateurs. The mag does take some telescope making
articles. The last issue has an article by John Vogt  The Hextex
Experience. This is his experience making a 32" mirror from a honeycomb
cellular blank. Very well done article with lots of pictures.
