I will also add to the bandwidth of your e-mail box conderning the issue of reprinting 
or at least allowing exectronic access to the earlier issues of TM magazine.  Surely, 
for not too much capital, the earlier issues could be scanned and republished for profit 
on either CD-ROM [inexpensive to mass produce] or on a pay-per-view web site.  I know 
that Kalmbach is in business to make a profit, so am I, and I think that your firm is 
missing an opportunity to make a healthy profit on a minimal investment.  You might even 
get some of us ATM'ers to do the scanning for you...gratis.
