ATM TM Mags--outdated??

To All,
1.) While the old TM's were great in their day,
most of the articles are outdated now.
I find 12, 13 and 16 the three 'classics'.
They contain Kestners articles on how to grind thin
mirrors. Yet, he would probably make many changes
and additions, now. 
2.) No, I do not buy any Kalmbach pubs, either, since
they dumped TM. However, I think that ATM"s should use
whatever methods needed to get the info to those who want
it, legally. Donate sets to club libraries, etc.
3.) There is alot of better ATM info around, yet, mirror making
requires practice, practice, practice. It can only be mastered
by doing, Kalmbach's help is not essential to the process.
