I am building a pair of 4" Newt binoculars and have all components except for two matched 40mm 1.25" eyepieces and two matched star diagonals. I want to use the diags instead of builging a rig with separate mirrors to gain some construction efficiency and to make eyepiece positioning easier. I need the 40mm's to keep the mag down as I am using negative lenses to extend the fl. 40mm should give a mag of around 23-24x which is as high as I want to go. Anyway, if anyone knows of a good source for such items - or has some lying around :) - for a good price, I need to find them fast if I am going to have this thing done for RTMC. Thanks! -sb
