I have some old Sony battery packs (BP-20A) that were used to power some of their old reel-to-reel video units (from about 15 years ago). The batteries have never been used and are still in their factory wrapping. I have attempted to charge them on the Sony charger that came with the video equipment but to no avail. I realize that these batteries are probably dead and gone...but...is there any chance to revive them?
They are rated at 3 Ah each and I have about six of them, along with two of the proper chargers. They would be great to drive my SCT and dew heater. Thanks for the help.
