Chuck, if you haven't received your answer, it starts at 1:00pm. But my advice is get there early to park set-up camp or bunk. The Meade line is usually long when the starting gong (no gong really) goes off. Steve Edberg was a snit last year with vendors starting early. He rode his damn bike over my foot a dozen times out on that dusty field, but I don't walk with a limp any more (just kidding about the foot).
