Willmann-Bell says no to data reduction program upload

I called Willmann-Bell today and he said I could not place my
modified version of their program on the network. He said they went
to great length to include the program to make thier product unique
so people would buy their product. I can see their point. I will
not upload my program.
It will try to find a way to document and post the modifications
If more people are interested than just Bob Madden.
