That's kinda what I was thinking.  Any harder and it would be, well...

To get it good and set into the tile spaces, I'm thinking of making a little
vibration table from plywood stock and make sure it's level.  I'll put my
mirror/tile/dam assembly on it and then pour the mixture.  Then, I'll use my
drill to power an eccentric wheel against the base.  If all goes well, and
there are any air pockets/bubbles in the mixture, they should start floating
to the surface.  Also, it should make the whole thing be level and even in
thickness.  I'll take pictures just in case it works out :)

To make it stronger, I was going to put some galvenized metal mesh screen in
it too about half way down.

Is that overkill?
