Sometime, when I blunder, I do an excellent job of it!
I need a fringe analysis program, not a Foucault analyzer
program.  I was looking for an earlier version of FringeXP, a
very similary named program.
Right now, I've got EZ-Fringe from Ceravalo and it has the
problem of chasing out the fringes by hand on a photo.  Either
somebody wrote a data collection program for that program or
something else to do the job of looking at the fringes on a image
file (almost any format but TIF can be acceptable - I hate the
TIF "standard" (way too many variations and not all of them are
handled by any particular image viewer/translater).
Either DOS or windoz95 versions will do fine as I just don't want
to do the tracing by hand (too many images to hand trace) and
would rather write a program and debug it instead.
