James Lerch rewrote the DOS version in VB6.  The 'XP' version will work in 
Windows98 through XP. 
We had some issues getting it to work smoothly in Vista, but after some 
minor code changes we have an experimental Robo Foucault and FigureXP (now 
FigureVista) that work together under Vista.
